MICROPIGMENTATION LIPS

Micropigmentation of the lips is one of the most demanded aesthetic treatments to show off perfect lips every day with a natural finish

Just as I told you that the eyebrow microbladin is the intermediate step between tattooing and eyebrow makeup, the same is true with lip micropigmentation. And it is that the new micropigmentation technique that has revolutionized the makeup sector to show off perfect lips every day with a natural and flattering finish.

What is lip micropigmentation? This semi-permanent lip makeup technique seeks to be able to do without pencils on a day-to-day basis, defining and coloring the lips with very natural-looking color. The result is "plump" lips, perfect and semi-permanent as freshly painted.

Thus, lip micropigmentation allows:

  • Define fuzzy lips
  • Correct asymmetries
  • Give it a look of more volume
  • Give a more even tone
  • Get a natural glow
  • Wrinkled lips fade

lip micropigmentation: how is it done?
Different needles can be used for lip micropigmentation depending on the area in which we are working. So for lip profiling, one starts with a single-ended or demographic needle and continues with one of three. Three or five-pointed needles are used to fill in the lip.

When asked if lip micropigmentation hurts
It is normal to feel discomfort during the application, anyway, I will use a Nobincream topical anesthetic so that the pain is tolerable.

How long does lip micropigmentation last?
It is recommended to review the micropigmentation between one and three years after the treatment.

The recuperation
If you are going to undergo lip micropigmentation you should know that hours after the treatment your lips will be noticeably inflamed. Also, the initial shade will likely be more intense than desired, but the final shade will be much softer. It is estimated that it takes about a month for the pigment to fully settle under the skin.
The normal process is for a scab to form on the pigmented area that should heal over the days. Usually, the scab falls off between 15 and 20 days after applying the treatment.
